House Rules

Sustain Recovery has a zero tolerance policy with the use or possession of alcohol or drugs.
Sustain Recovery has a zero tolerance policy for violence, expressed or implied, yelling, verbal threats or physical acting out.
No gambling of any kind.
Each person in responsible for cleaning of his own room, bathroom on a daily basis along with a once a week deep cleaning of the whole house.
No visitors are allowed in the bedrooms and must be approved by staff to enter the house.
All medication is to be locked up by staff at all times and to only be taken upon request.
Performance enhancing supplements are not permitted on property and/or not permitted to be taken.
Sustain Recovery has a zero tolerance policy regarding sexual relations with anyone on property along with NO pornography, including magazines.
Twelve Step attendance is mandatory.
Random drug testing is mandatory. If test is refused Sustain will consider that a positive drug test (refer to #1).
All dishes are to be washed immediately after use.
All food is to stay in kitchen and/or in dining areas.
There is to be no business transactions done on property between residents.
Sustain Recovery staff will do random property searches, this includes property of residents.
Everyone is to be ready for the day by 8 AM.
Sustain Recovery has a zero tolerance policy to any actions shown of hate towards any group, race, religion, etc.
Every Sunday is mandatory deep cleaning to be done by all.
