Tiffany Goodsite received her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from San Francisco State University in Child Development with a concentration in Youth and Family Services in 2009, then attended graduate school at Notre Dame de Namur University where she graduated in 2013 with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology with Marriage and Family Therapy, and received her license as a Marriage & Family Therapist in 2018.

She began her work in the field of addiction and mental health in 2008, first with the adolescent population, and later began working with adults struggling with mental health and addiction. She takes a multidisciplinary approach when working with adolescents, adults, and families / loved ones, in order to help clients and families solve problems, improve their communication, and work through underlying traumas that contributes to one’s substance use, mental health issues, and family dysfunctions. She recognizes the importance of involving the family system in the treatment of her clients but also allows her clients to find their autonomy and purpose as an individual.

The people at Sustain Recovery are truly passionate about their work. They put all their love, energy and spiritual strength in to it. They continue to support me today as I continue my ongoing journey in my personal recovery. I now have over a year of sobriety, my own apartment, a job, true friends and a support network that is always available to me. Although all that stuff is great, what matters most today is that I love myself and have the ability to love others. Thank you to all who had a hand and heart in Sustain Recovery
